PRE-INSPECTION

Marty and Ellen provide a walk-through of each property before listing to advise Sellers about issues which we believe require repair prior to Listing or prior to a Buyer’s Home Inspection.  We also have available a Pre-Inspection Checklist homeowners may wish to use on their own as they prepare their home to go onto the market.

Ask your current Pool servicer to provide you with a list of  recommendations to get your pool ready for your home sale. PEST CONTROL

If you have a current Termite Warranty in place, request a termite inspection prior to or right after listing your home. Otherwise, do a visual inspection yourself, if you feel comfortable with that, or ask us our opinion. If you wish to have a Termite Inspection, we recommend the following:

TITLE

…Is your Title up to date?

If there have been ownership changes that may not have been recorded…death of an owner, placement in a trust, change in Trustee, etc. you may wish to consult a Title Officer prior to receiving an offer on your home. Jenny Werner is an Officer and one of the Owners of her Agency and has been expert in clearing Titles for close.
